Gloria, you should know that Gluten Free Living magazine had a terrific article last year about how blue cheeses are generally safe for celiacs. Ah. Vegas. Home for 7 great years.

Our favorite GF hangout was Cafe Baba ReBa at the Fashion Show Mall. Coincidentally part of the same company as Mon Ami Gabi.
