We've developed a line of wheat/gluten/soy free energy bars and power truffles with digestive health in mind. We're looking for a baker who can handle the volume of bars we currently require (we're negotiating 10000 a week currently) and are having a HECK of a time finding one who is able to work with us - they're either too big/too small...
