I absolutely LOVE GF Patisserie! They do a fantastic job. My favorites are the pizze crust and lemon loaf. Yum.... I am getting cravings right now...

Okay, I am really surprised to read your post today and see that there's a GF bakery in VA on the way to our mountain property. Oh my goodness--how cool is that!! So, so cool. When my husband is picking up his glutenous pastry for breakfast the next day, I can pick up a GF equivalent! It probably opened after we stopped going for the season. But, I think a day trip is in order very soon. Thanks, Hilary!

I've also been following the GF Patisserie via Victoria's husband's, H. Peter's blog, The Celiac Husband (http://theceliachusband.blogspot.com). We plan a return trip to Calgary some day and I know we'll be visiting GF Patisserie. The photos of the baked goods and the loyalty of their patrons speaks volumes! And, it's just another reason to go back to that great area!
