The choices were wonderful ... naturally GF foods that all can enjoy. Sorry for the disappointment of the second visit. So many restaurants with GF menus fail miserably by not properly educating their staff. It reminds me a little bit of an old adage my husband cites, "You're only as good as your tools." All the GF menus and wonderful GF foods in the world can't be delivered properly if the server isn't knowledgeable as timing gets thrown, the mood gets ruined, cross contamination can happen, and so forth. Hopefully, you shared the info with the manager in a positive way and improvements will be made. That chocolate polenta cake wiht caramel sauce ... that sounds fantastic!
