<description>I used to travel alot and for my Celiac darling wife, planning was key. Plus an emergency pack of gluten free snacks, in case we went to doubtful places where youjust are not sure what&#039;s ending up on your plate

		<description>Hi Hilary,
As a previious airline employee who used to travel a lot, now we don&#039;t go as often, but I never tire of planning trips, even if I never go. I enjoy reading about your experiences, although I too easily get sick from a tiny bit of gluten. For this reason, we plan our travels very carefully. So far, I have not been sick while traveling, and hope I never do.

If you ever have a reason to come to San Antonio, please read about our local restaurants at www.alamoceliac.org and click on Defensive Dining. And for a place to stay, I hope we will have an opening for you at Chicken Paradise, our bed and breakfast with a gluten free kitchen. I put the website above, in case you want to look at it. We have had gf honeymooners, parties and weddings here too, in case you have a request from someoone. Keep up the good work! I hope we get to meet some day.
